All the employees that I have communicated with at LICW are all professional, knowledgable and have great customer service skills - the sales person, the technicians that installed the system, the techs that come out to maintain my system, and the office employees. I have seen a difference in our skin and hair after installing our full house system. I highly recommend them and it's a great investment that every family should consider.read more

LI Clean Water Service provides water softener equipment... that helps remove chlorine and chemicals from your water. Whole house filtration systems and reverse osmosis for your drinking water. Clothes are softer, helps skin and hair feel smoother and cleaner. Less residue and soap scum after bathing. Have had our system for over 20 years! When my son was a toddler, the chlorine in the water made his skin red. Once the system was installed, his skin no longer became irritated when bathing. My husband is a carpenter, and when he is building homes and working outside in the winter, his hands get dry and cracked. The water system helped lessen the dry cracked skin.read more

I am a long time customer of Long Island Clean Water and I... can attest to their excellent customer service, effective water treatment solutions and professional staff. Most recently I had two excellent technicians, Gary and Reynaldo, come to my house and swap out our under-the-sink tank for a new one because the water was slow to come out. They were in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I was not charged for the visit. The water coming directly from our facet always had an odd odor and when the town would flush the system, sediment would appear and the water would turn brown. Neither situation now concerns me as the water coming from the filters installed by LICW has made all the difference. I thank them for their quality service!read more

I have been a customer since 2017. I would highly recommend... LICWS. They are prompt, responsive and always willing to stand behind their product. Each and every service person goes above and beyond to address my issues, I’ve only had two. First they replaced my filters with an updated version last year and this year I needed a new tank. Each time the service person was helpful and explained what needed to be done. Also they change my filter yearly. My service person Mark was very helpful and even allowed me to fill containers so I would have enough water until my tank refilled. Everyone is thoughtful in this company. It’s why I always recommend them.read more
