I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this company well... deserves it . I did extensive research and bid this out to three companies. I decided to go with LICWS based on reviews and so happy I made the right decision. More important than the initial install, is the follow up and customer service We had to do alot of tweaking to get my system to work properly as I had well water and issues with my septic system. There customer service is exceptional. The manager got on the phone with me whenever I called to help resolve. John & James always arrived within two days and are masters in this field. The entire company is totally professional and well deserves the 5 stars and reputation of being the best .Linda Nread more

Update 8/5/22:Jennifer, the office manager, contacted me... right away after my review was posted. She was helpful. After 1.5 weeks of going back and forth with Jennifer and Madelyn and a few leaks later, we came to an agreement. Although I am not happy with all the events that took place, I can tell that the employees of this company are very loyal and the owners are very hands on with their company. I am hoping the various leaks will cease and we can move forward in a better direction.—————We had our $4,000 water osmosis system installed on Monday in our new home. We were really excited to have very clean water since my kids and I drink a ton of it. Something happened with the installation that day, causing a leak, so the water was turned off. No biggie. They came back to rectify the issue and all was well until I used my laundry washing machine after they left (for the first time that week). The machine is located where the tank was installed. An hour later, my basement was flooded with a pipe that was open. They were able to have their team come out within 1 hour to stop the leak. They said the original installers had moved things around and plugged things into the wrong outlet without letting me know, causing the flood.The cost of the emergency water removal and floor restoration to avoid mold was $7,500. I spoke with Madelyn (the co-owner); she was unapologetic and just said she would call me back. Instead of calling me back directly, she had our sales rep call us back to let us know it wasn’t their product that caused the flooding, so they’re not at fault. Correct, it wasn’t their product but the flood was directly caused by their installation and misplacement of parts which caused my pipe to leak.Our sales rep, Ryan, was great and very responsive and apologetic, and everyone that came in my home was nice and professional, but now I’m out of $7,500 in damages and the company won’t take any responsibility for their error during the installation process. We went with Long Island Clean Water as they were the least expensive out of the 4 companies we spoke with and we were referred to them by our friend. In hindsight, going with a pricier company would have saved me thousands of dollars.Although this may be a one-off situation, I’m extremely disappointed with the way this was handled and I wish they showed more empathy instead of brushing me off and not owning up to their mistakes. I don’t think I’ve ever been as disappointed and heartbroken from working with a company before. I now feel weary about the included servicing they provide for the next 12 months and am not sure what to do in the future as I don’t have trust in this company anymore.read more

I am thrilled with my whole house filtration system and... under the sink reverse osmosis filter. The systems were installed by Manny, Juan, and Joey. They thoroughly explained what they would be doing at my home and how the systems operate. The work areas were left clean and installation was performed quickly. We are very happy with our Long Island Clean Water Service.... We feel safer drinking the water that is supplied with our filtration system. The service people have been professional and able to help/fix with any issues we have had. We found water under our sink and LI Clean Water sent a two people to our home immediately ( it turned out it was from a dishwasher hose) Highly recommend LI Clean Water!read more

Having LI Clean Water Service, Inc. install clean water... into my home has been a dream come true. We had the installation done about a month ago and it's the best thing we could have done. My skin and hair have seriously improved. This water is medicine for your health. I am pleased with the service. Anthony came to our home and he was such a delight in showing and explaining the facets of the quality of our water. He took us down the yellow brick road and we were excited to plan the next step which was the installation. When James and Reynaldo came to install the filtration system, we knew we hit Emerald City. Both technicians are fabulous. They really care about their work and about Clean Water. I felt confident about the whole process. It was really hot that day and they persevered. Afterwards there was a small issue under the sink but it was because of the humidity and I got nervous.. well Justin came the next day to check it out and everything was fine. Talk about family caring, well LI Clean Water definitely proved that. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. LI Clean Water Service is top notch in my book. Even the cats love the clean water, their water fountains stay cleaner because of it.read more
