I was sick of my water smelling like chlorine and decided to call LI Clean Water Service. I can’t say enough good things about the informative sales visit, the install or the product. My water not only stopped smelling like we own a pool but the water tastes exceptional and my skin is not as dry as it used to be. I would like to give a big shout out to Christian , Kevin and Steven. You guys really made the install seamless and I appreciate your patience to all the answers to all my questions !!

Very good customer service. We had an emergency leak over the holiday weekend. They answered my call and walked me through step-by-step on what I needed to do until a service could arrive. Paul and his partner arrived on schedule. They were very polite, courteous, and efficient. They swapped out the parts and checked my whole system. Very happy!
